Watch window enhancements.

Highlight value changes
Expand * to show all variables of the current procedure
Expand expr.* to show all the variables/properties of the object

Changes in Watch windows values are highlighted with the break foreground/background colors.

Watch all of the current procedure's variables. Typing "*" and pressing Enter in the Watch window expands into watching all of the current procedure's variables.

Watch all of an object's variables/properties. Typing "object-expr.*" and pressing Enter in the Watch window expands into watching all of the object-expr's variables/properties.
